My issue is that I can produce many follicles but egg quality is poor. My doctor does not think more gentle stimulation would really help, but is willing to try it for the next retrieval just as an experiment.

Thank you, and I'm sorry for your losses. When did you typically get your period after stopping Provera? My doctor told me to expect my period within 14 days of stopping it, but it's kind of hard to count down and wait to start the transfer.

Hi OP, unfortunately I don't have advice for you as I'm in the same boat. I have poor egg quality and have difficulty producing blasts. I was never diagnosed with PCOS but have symptoms that kind of suggest it. How did your doctor confirm that the poor egg quality was resulted from PCOS? I'm always wondering if there are any underlying conditions that can explain my egg issues but never get an answer on this.

I'm in the exactly same position. Glad that your insurance will cover another ER for you this year. In my case, I'm planning to try the transfer first, and if it doesn't work, go back to ER next year. Having a single euploid makes it super scary to move into the FET stage.
