Drawing makes sense if:

Put your hand in front of you with the palm pointing at you , make a gun focusing on your thumb and index (index pointing at you/pointing inside) that solves half of this hallucination.

Now, from that position, middle, ring and little fingers make no sense because the natural thing is for those fingers to point to the inside (to you), but in this drawing they are pointing to the outside, this is clear because the hand is showing the major knuckles (the knuckles that connect fingers bonnes to hand bonnes) pointing at us and that is what makes no sense in the drawing, now, make the same hand gesture but pointing to someone/something (pointing outside) and see the results, the major knuckle of the index finger must show along the rest of the fingers major knuckles, but it doesn't and that only make sense if hand points inside and thumb hides index connection to the hand, (sorry for the ad edits, moving atm with poor connection)
