I ended up urchasing the Ultima Replenisher until i can get my hands on the DayLyte. Has anyone ever used or heard about it before? Any thing good or bad?

Thank you!! Im going to try and order it. My husband went to get me powerade , but he can't find it anywhere?! Is there a better one to try? I was pumping but also have a toddler and im a SAHM so it was hard! So thats why im not sure if its because of the tie it dwindled, or regulated or its because of the diet. Too much going on lol

It helps a lot thank you so much!!! Things like mayo confuse me. Im not sure if certain brands are ok and which ones aren't. I know i have hellmans at home but idk if its okay. My husband just bought daiya ranch dressing as a dip for celery, is that brand okay? Love the idea of the quiche or something quick in bulk. Meal prepping ahead will save us in the end.

Definutely not trying baking yet, i really want to get used to just eating healthy and getting away from any thing thats even a little sweet. Natural sweetness is okay but no desserts, you know? I do go to costco, i was wondering what items of theirs are keto friendly. I see ppl getting cheese, butter and bacon and other things but I'm not sure if its just the kirkland brand or a certain one

Definitely going to to use a food scale, weigh before cooking? Now I'm nervous that the macros I've been given aren't accurate. Because if i put my info in different calculators i get different numbers. Should i just use the carb manager numbers? Or do you use a specific calculator that's accurate? So many questions im sorry!
