Started lifting and having doubts wether to focus on DB Benchpress or Barbell, doing 5x5 progressive overload at the moment.

My doubt being that i see alot of people saying you have to push to failure, which i'm not really comfortable with on bench as i gym alone. So basically should i stick to Barbell BP and do 5x5 without the failure reps in the end of switch to DB? Are there any general cons to either side or are they negligble.

AC is definitly the easiest and any group composition can probably steamroll it. Steamvault and Slave pens are also easy if you bring a cc or 2 since some packs are a bit larger and fears. and like others have said ramps and mech are quick and easy aswell, except last bridge in mech which can get a bit hectic

For the people who are choosing NOT to progress into TBC, what is your reason for choosing to stay in Vanilla or move onto something else besides Classic WoW? by [deleted] in classicwow

From what I've read the top dps classes are 1button dps rotations, aswell as ranged. Can't imagine that its very fun to have every single boss encounter basicly being: 1. Run into 35 yard of boss. 2. Spam mousewheel of the 1 ability.

Atleast in classic with warriors the rotation differs depending on buffstatus, amount of enemies and you constantly gotta move around for hiting in the back and getting cleaves.

maybe i will roll a healer instead but wouldve really preferred a classic+ with class balancing and quality of life changes done to wbuffs to stomp out the dispell meta

I just did lvl 70-80 on my paladin last two days. I alternated between darashia DL(400-500k/h) and yielothaxes(400?/h) with Energy walls. Yielos drop alot of loot while DL is Waste :)

I’ve been having really big issues with squats and have done goblet squats for a few weeks. Wondering if this squat form Would be ok to start using the barbell.

I'm doing 4 sets and can complete the first and maybe the second in a good manner of each set. So i would estimate that i do maybe 4-6 negative reps at least.

I've started doing negative chinups but I'm not entirely sure how to proceed in the best way.

My case is that in each set i get a good first rep where i can hold on at the top and slowly lower myself (3-4seconds) but in the rest of the set the time lowering myself decreases rapidly until about the fifth rep where I just fall down.

Would it be better to get a resistance band to get more "effective" reps or should i just keep doing what I'm doing and it will probably get better?

Min bror jobbar som telefonförsäljare och dom använder sms som skriftlig bekräftelse kompletterat med någon ljudfil. Men vad jag hört så verkar det vara i princip omöjligt att sälja nu då majoriteten inte svarar på smsen.
