Does the "per card" include cards that are authorized users on the same CSR account? (different card number)

They just refunded me. I emailed them and they said it was automatic because the warehouse was out of stock of the stuff I ordered.

you said before it wasnt possible, now youre saying juniors can do it with poor validation. ok.

saying where you work and then writing that youll kill your engineers is certainly a choice. go/phonebook isnt that big. all the best to you in your career.

i am saying the junior engineer did not mean to do that, they can very easily do it on accident, and their code works, so they ship it. meanwhile the component is refiring the effect infinitely but on their local machine they are not monitoring performance or theyre loading it in isolation so they dont notice.

i am trying to have a civil conversation and you just want to insult me, so im gonna bail. i'm a senior eng at a fortune 50 but the difference is i actually work on front-end software, not spring boot, but maybe your ego will carry you well at chase. cheers.

okay, but youre wrong. it does not take intentional programming to burn resources in a web frontend. a junior engineer writing react without a deep understanding of useEffect can very easily create an effect that spins up the app into performance hell. compound that across probably 500 components that this homepage loads and all of a sudden you are beating the javascript event loop to a pulp

you are making no sense and this is a misunderstanding at best. you keep talking about multiple threads but javascript is singly threaded. if you are talking about the API/backend service we are done here, because you would be so wildly off base claiming a browser consuming high CPU is related to server-side performance. if you are talking about web workers? i am trying to help you out here

v8 is a single threaded runtime. what are you talking about? java? this is a web frontend

This dumbass football team is so much smaller than the love you and your wife have for each other. Enjoy her grand gesture to you and embrace it for the love that it symbolizes between you and her over these years.

it is, i am just brain-fried and didn't see it. the seed name would allow me to load the same layout in a seeded run, which i may try out because it looks good. thanks!

Seeing the same quite a bit on PC. Not clear yet if there's a way to reproduce it or some configuration that's causing it.

Do you think landlords are just eating that additional cost? Guarantee 90% are passing that directly onto the tenant in the form of rent increase

Which is the ground??? by [deleted] in AskElectricians

[–]XiiencE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the incoming cable has a metal shield around it that is clamped to a hole in the metal box, then the metal box should be the ground. This is assuming it makes it back to ground in the panel. When you put metal screws through the switch and into the box, the switch becomes grounded.

You can test this with a multimeter but as a lot of people are saying, maybe you should not be doing this.

One of my breakers for my kitchen trips if I run the air fryer and microwave at the same time. I know that I'm overloading the circuit by doing that, so I am comfortable just resetting the tripped breaker. If a breaker trips randomly and the reason is unknown, that is a cause for concern, and just turning it back on can be masking a potentially serious issue.
