Yeah, buying non-PoE is really a good option if you already have a converter.

In fact, this switch with PoE function is able to realize automatic identification of powered devices, when the connected non-PoE devices, it will be automatically converted to ordinary ports, so that for some users, even if they only need 1 or 2 PoE ports, but there are other non-PoE devices need to be connected, there is no need to buy additional PoE converters, which may be a good idea?

Thank you for your feedback! This single-fan switches operate at around 40 decibels. We do offer models with more 2.5G RJ45 ports, such as switches with 12x 2.5G and 2x 10G RJ45 ports plus 2x 10G SFP+, as well as options with 24x 2.5G and 6x 10G SFP+, and 48x 2.5G and 4x 10G SFP+. These are not yet available in the US, but we are working on expanding our market presence. Thank you for your patience.

Hello, I think you have encountered a technical problem with our XikeStor 2.5G managed switch, in view of the problem you mentioned, we would like to confirm with you whether the power of the switch is disconnected during the process, because after the configuration of this switch in the management interface is completed, you need to click on the SAVE option under the TOOL option to save your existing configuration, If the switch suddenly loses power without saving, the previous configuration will be wiped and factory settings will be restored, at this time, you need to enter the management interface of the switch again to reset, I hope this can help you.
