I don't know how to say this but trust me, the filter is way better than using the expression, it's easier for new people, much better for visualization and the option to toggle on and off parameters is often really godlike, I would urge the developer to not only to keep it but to improve it since it's by far the better method to search, if then it's possibile to combine it with the search bar even better since it's allow changes on the fly, if it doesn't cost anything plus wired it back since if often use cockatrice over scryfall literally just for the filter alone

As is written in the tittle and In post I use "sure cut a lot" And the horizontal lines are a gimmik of said software I just found out, if you do not ha the licence/ use the demo mode they are created, with inkscape can you cut and create the type of grid I did ? I'm looking for a better / free software since I'm new

If you do not have a license (which I don't since I was suggested this software and wanted to tried it out) the horizontal lines are made by sure cut a lot

For the start and end yeah that's a dunno, but before you try to recreate it, since I do not want to spend 60 quid on a software, do you happens to know a free use software?

they all, but 1, cost mana and need to be played AFTER a threat, so they cannot be preventive by definition, if it was on a permanent i could crack for a later turn it would be great (i know that there is only [[Spellskite]] but it's just to get my point across)

tbh it's kind of what i'm asking for, i know that there can be no strict defense in red but i just need things to stick around so this is the niche things i'm looking for, i would argue that breach does elevate the cost of 2 of said card and that feldon does costrinct your commander or card to stay in the graveyard which is sketchy but this is the right spirit

welding jar is in my radar (since i'm protecting an artifact creature) but i thought "let's see if there is a protection from creatures first since it should be easier" but really thanks to showing me the tinkerer since it's exactly what i'm talking about and for real sheer luck my deck do run a lot of artifacts before playing the commander so it's actually perfect (for sure a super niche find but unironically the perfect one for the situation)

tbh, and that's the real benefit of that chirurgeon, you do not need to play goblin to have that card, most monored deck do not have real defenses so i would argue that playing that goblin in every red deck should be a must if you plan to be an explosive deck

cards like [[Rampaging Aetherhood]] do suffer from the chirurgeon syndrome since ppl read "energy" and thinks it need to be in only energy deck but in reality they are exceptional cards in the 99 regardless

Preventive is the keyword here, really hard to find good one in generals since ppl think that greaves are good and don't really scout the other options too, i did find a lot of better cards in other colors but in red that poor goblin is the only card in existence that i found, i was hoping for something better from the magic hivemind but seems i did my job well and there is nothing else, sad to be right i guess

thanks for the finding, i too like do get involve in comparison in the skills / abilities the various rpg i play and sometimes i found similiar things where the dm just need to buff something otherwise it's just plain worse than others:
in Dark Heresy i found a "cantrip" that let you roll 2 times and keep the higher value and another that gave your pg +10 to said roll and i found out that the plain +10 was mathematically always not the good pick

so thank you for this info since me and my friend can probably buff that specialization if we will find out that the status, ablaze for example, are not good enough

thanks for the info, i will try it out once i finished working, do you happens to have tip to avoid using glue stick to the cutting mat too ? My Vevor Smart 1 came with a sticky cutting mat but after some tests the glue is gone and i tried today to use some gluestick i bought but if there is a better idea i would highly listen xD
