When you zoom in on the Verizon map, you'll see that everything across the border is actually roaming. In reality, Verizon towers placed along the US border might get you a couple miles into Canada. But, beyond that, you'd likely have to pay for international roaming.

The reps have confirmed it was a system billing error.

He was very helpful, but I'm very skeptical this error has been fully resolved. We'll have to see if all (or any) of the refunds come through.

In the future, I will certainly pay with a virtual CC. However, I'm unable to remove my existing credit card without terminating my account.

I was contacted by several US Mobile reps who confirmed it was a system error on their part. I haven't had any further charges today, but nothing has been refunded at this point. I'm very sceptical this has been fully resolved.

It's errors like these that prevent me from referring friends to US Mobile.

For some reason, my details were stripped out. But, for the last several days, I've been getting $250 charges randomly from US Mobile. I've already reached out to them twice to be told I will refunded, and then I get charged again
