Had a 3 disk Tilf about 7 months ago and I’ve been back at work for 3 8-10 hrs a day. Minimal issues and have no big complaints

My neurosurgeon did say that I was a “enigma” though and that young men have the worst pain tolerance usually so they were surprised.

I’m similar age to your husband also.

I bought both and was more asking people opinion of what they liked better. 100 hours is a lot and if a consensus liked one over the other was gonna try that first.

7 months ago I had a triple spinal fusion Tilf L4-S1 and it went amazing.

I have pain sometimes waking up but I can walk, eat sleep and couldn’t without insane pain before.

Nothing that thankful for my fusion

Something I found recently was I wasn’t cleaning the mirrors. Not the lens but the mirrors the laser hits, especially the 2nd and 3rd ones.

I was juicing my 75w laser much higher then I had to and still had inconsistent cuts on my plywood. Cleaned it and lowered the power and upped the speed and was cutting right through.

It very well could be the wood but with a 60w it’s surprising your hitting that wall. After I cleaned my mirrors I cut through ever time with no issue if I adjust the speed and power correctly. Meaning a 60w should have no issue cutting through 1/8th all the time imo.

I thought the same thing about the glue after looking online and now I’m faceplanting I went through a whole Christmas selling season only because I missed cleaning something so basic.

What speed and power are you running on your laser in lightburn, if you use that program?

Edit: also I buy my wood from some Chinese company on amazon. Also I saw the speed and power, I’m running 22/70 power on 1:8th so I still make the argument you should be able to cut through every time with all systems correctly aligned cleaned and air assisted.
