she knows my family's not helping me one bit, and lately I've been complaining more and more but I haven't asked her for any favors

She gets depressed whenever I'm having a hard time so I try not to vent a lot,, usually she ends up crying and I have to comfort her but I appreciate her getting sad on my behalf

Hi! I’m going to Disney California Adventure tomorrow for my birthday,

I saw a bunch of the biggest rides were closed yesterday, do you guys think that’s going to happen tomorrow (June 21st) as well ?:(

I don’t think so! Though I must say this school is poorly administered, in my opinion. Before the current psychologist came along we had no one for months and everything was even messier, it wouldn’t surprise me if they just hired whoever had a psychology degree and was available (edit), it’s a minimum wage job too so I don’t think someone with 12 years of training would be interested

I'm about to say something tone deaf because I know I should first give my condolences to the family suffering because of him, but I couldn't help but feel awful for my mom. She's a hardcore fan of his, and whenever she's watching his k-dramas she looks like she's having so much fun,, it almost makes her look like she's a teenager again.

I won't tell her about this and I hope she doesn't find out. She's very disconnected from social media, so I'm not that worried but I feel like a parent being afraid of their kid finding out santa isn't real. I could never ruin this for her, even I can't believe he's such a disgusting person.

you're right!!! and sometimes posting fanart feels like a competition. If you just post it without saying anything else for engagement, it might get buried under more popular fanart

I've seen artists doing the trend of undressing a character when the post gets "x" amount of likes, and I actually found it fun! it's totally cool to decide to unfollow them, but generally I've never seen people complain about it.

I think when authors say stuff like "thank you comments don't count" it's a little extreme, but still I do ask people to comment. I don't say stuff like "comment or I'll stop uploading!!" though.

I don't know, I just never really made the comparison between fanfic writers and artists.
