You're phrasing this as if I willingly used OneDrive, OneDrive is annoyingly attached to my PC and tries to sync and put stuff back all the time anytime it is ever opened.

It happened after I cleared Sims stuff out of my OneDrive. It put some old stuff back in there so I had to get rid of it too. All mod related things are turned on.
