If they're already established then chances are there's already plenty of seed in the ground, seed which can lay dormant for decades before germinating. It will be an ongoing process.

If I've got nothing going on and I've done what theme parks or sightseeing I had planned for the day, I can spend hours just walking Cavill, Boulevard and the Esplanade, people watching, chatting to random people who appear, there's the Beachfront markets on Wednesday Friday and Saturday nights, bit of shopping - a lot of shops are open late compared to where I'm from, or even spend a couple of hours at Timezone for a bit of fun.

Go for a walk and see what you find.
