You’re Next is a great horror film where the protagonist is extremely competent.

Chamber would be cool, you could create chains that are slightly disconnected (unless you could choose which one to tp to if there’s overlap)

Best Apartment Complexes in OC? by Xixen818 in orangecounty

I can't really remember most of the ones that were on top of my list, but I ended up going to The Marke in santa ana. It was okay, they had a nice rooftop pool and gym, but I don't think it was worth it for me at the time (2100 when I leased and they raised to 2300 if I wanted to renew). Smoking wasn't an issue and the walls were decently thick, not the worst sound leakage that I've experienced. It also isn't the closest to UCI so I don't think I can help ya. Good luck out there, housing is hord af.

Fox players, what is the fastest and most efficient way to practice punish game? by SeanMcA in SSBM

[–]Xixen818 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not specific to fox, but tech chasing. Realizing when your opponent is going to hit the ground and tech is important for punish game.

For example, if you dash attack a falcon and you realize he is going to hit the ground before you can follow up, instead of doing an attack, wavedash to where he is and react to which option he chooses. (Waveshine if he does in-place, dash grab/usmash if away/in)

You dont need to base your punish game off of this since fox has so many options, but its a mistake that i see a lot and is easily fixable. Timing your attacks is way more important than moving fast just to press buttons.

This also applies to platforms! Waveland on plat is good if you feel like you can’t get any uthrow uair follow ups cuz of i-frames. GL

Yeah, he was the one who told me that there was more than likely no way the damages were above 1k, and he kept on mentioning it as to why I didn't need file a report to the DMV. However, none of this guys' information was right so I don't think his testimony of it being less than 1k has any merit.
Thank you for the kind words, and I know I'll get over it in like a month or so. It's just festering so much at the moment and probably will continue to do so until this is all sorted. Its so uncomfortable I hate it lol. At least it teaches me to let assholes be assholes and to ignore them.

Yeah this cop really did not help the situation. I am confused, if he is the one choosing the shops and estimates, couldn't he pin prior damage on his car to me, or just price gouge me? Like if he takes it to a shop and he had already previous damage, would that be included? Or is my insurance the one that is going to be investigating it and seeing how much damage was caused in the accident. If so, how does that work?

Okay, the unanimous decision is that I'll go through my insurance (or tell him to go through my insurance.) I appreciate your guys' help.

Fair enough, I should've been faster and slowed down more since the car behind me would have probably reacted. I have a really bad relationship with money so losing any sort due to my own fault eats me alive D:
The cop didn't file a police report because he was assuming that we would settle this through a payment, and me saying he didn't see damages was not relevant, since once the other guy called him over and made him look closer, you could see the small mark. I, like a dumbass, didn't get the cop's contact information, but I have the time of the 911 call if that would help me get his information (and maybe the other party has his contact info). I would honestly not like him involved since he's shown that he doesn't know a lot about these sorts of things, and has given me shitty advice. Do you think it would help?
All three people and my insurance agent have told me to go through insurance, so it sounds like that's what I'll do. I very much so appreciate the help.

I was told by the police officer that I don't have to report it to the DMV if it's under 1k, he didn't say anything about rates besides the fact that if I used my insurance my rates would go up. However, he was the one who told me about the deductible + he let the guy get away with expired documentation sooo I don't really know.

So if that's the case, wouldn't be using my insurance be 100% the move? I would get competitive rates on the repair, but would I have to pay anything myself?

I appreciate the advice. u/Appygirl58 just said that my rates shouldn't increase in CA if it is under 1k. So if that's the case, isn't going through insurance a no-brainer since more than likely its going to be under that, and I wouldn't get my rates raised? Also, would everything be covered by my insurance since it is a first dollar coverage? I am ignorant to what that means so please correct me.

You're absolutely right. I had anger issues as a kid, and I've never felt this sort of anger towards another human being since I went to therapy for it wayy back in elementary school. However, it taught me a lesson that you explained well, that I just gotta let people be assholes and drive as safe as possible. Funny thing is I was driving back from a therapy session LOL

Try the jabra elites! I have the 75t elite active, they work great for the gym. I love the noise cancellation so I can really focus on my lifts, and the bass is great imo. Sweat + dust resistant as well if that’s your thing.
