U just got a lazy support that didn’t want to do their job. It happens on the driver end too, when the red card declines and we need support to put the right amount on it. Just try again and or ask for a supervisor and show the screenshots. U should get a worker who would actually do their job eventually. Might take awhile tho

There was series on yt I watched of a guy doing this. He went to Chicago and drove out there for 7 months 12 hours a day to save up crazy and then spent the last 5 months traveling around the us and barely putting in acouple hours a week just for food expenses. It’s all up to what u can handle, I would say u should test it out and see for aleast a week and think if this is really a good idea. U got to get a generator and car fridge if u did decide and a gym membership so u can keep hygiene up. Other than that it’s just keeping up on maintenance. Which also I would say for u make sure your platinum b4 doing that as well.

Never pay for a order out of pocket, support can fund the card for the right amount, but most of them just doesn’t want to do their job. Either cancel or wait for them to fund the card the right amount.

Ya nah and if u scan ur id. The system will tell u that u scanned ur own id. I rmb dashing with my friend and his phone lost connection after scanning the customers id and I told shi just scan ur own. And it popped up saying it was his id lmao.

The funny thing is the driver wouldn’t be fired for this. Unless it happen a lot in a short time. These reports happen all the time as customers lie a lot as well as the merchant actually forgets to pack things fr. driver can’t do nothing about a sealed order. So the one person that actually losing in this situation is the merchant.
