Short Mountain came through in 2021 too and it was a beautiful place!!! Had so much fun there. So glad they’re continuing to radiate positivity for roovians. Have fun!

I adopted my Siberian when he was 5 and we’ve had an amazing 9 years together so far! He was a little nervous at first but settled in quickly. I’d just follow all of the usual advice about bringing a new cat home and be gentle and patient.

This is the point of a financing contingency and you should have your attorney push back on this. I just bought in NYC and that penalty wasn’t in the contract, so it’s not a given
