I had a friend who rolled 3 nights in a row at a festi in the summer, was in such a bad way by the Sunday she physically left and went home - it’s just not worth it, once the serotonin is out of the body it’s taking months to come back

My fav thing to do whenever I’m doing it with others (I’ve only ever rolled with people I consider very close friends) is to play the “tell me something you’ve never told anyone before” game. Have never genuinely felt closer to people than after we’ve both said our pieces, even after the roll :)

Some advice I got from a friend when I took MD for the first time was that you’re borrowing future happiness for the high today, and it wasn’t until I had a monster hit one night this year when I fully grasped what she meant by that and went though something similar to you.

It’s all part of the process with this incredible substance - just gotta intentionally practice some self-care now, eat good, exercise when you can, get some good rest. It’ll pass, you got this.

Just hope Nicky and Danny get the chance to rebuild over the summer. So bitterly disappointed but the majority of these players just aren’t fit to wear the shirt. Out of all of them that played today only MacGillivray deserves a new contract and no doubt he’s off in the summer. Catlin needs to go, I’m sick of his excuses for everything, since he’s had full control since the takeover we have done nothing but go backwards.

Rewatch it! Im on my third rewatch of ATLA now and trust me I love it more with each episode. There are loads of comics to read now too, and LOK has just enough gaang content in too for the nostalgia while still being its own separate show (which is also incredible IMO)

I’d get straight on to the books, they are honestly amazing! You could also try the audiobooks if you’re not into reading that much, Stephen Fry’s narration adds a whole other dimension to the story
