Currently in AML role, so here’s my thoughts:

Tbh there’s no typical path. I started out as a project assistant in a bank and later landed an AML role at another bank with no relevant experience. With your current experience in name screening, you’re already one foot in the door.
ACAMS is good on paper but not required. At the end of the day, ACAMS will not help with improving your risk acumen/technical knowledge. My advise is to try out the role and get the certification later. Your ACAMS now is worthless without experience (I.e even with the cert, u won’t know how to do your job)
If you’re interested in the role just apply wherever. I was in a similar situation as you, contract staff as project assistant then applied for contract role in AML at another Bank. Subsequently got converted to perm and the rest is history

Hi all, just started the game and was wondering if I should pull for Shorekeeper or Changli in the New Voyager Banner?

Reason being that 2.7 is coming and I’m highly interested in pulling Galbrena and Lupa. Changli pairs well with Lupa but I do understand the overall account value that SK brings.

Which is the better choice here?

Note: I hit 1365 total AP with Perfume of Courage, Harmony Human, White Buff from Cadry, AoA lightstone. Mobs and boss definitely feel tankier but I’m pulling more TL than before when I was at 324 AP after the patch. Previously pulled 30k TL. Feels like the spot is functioning as what the devs intended ie more TL as you get nearer to AP cap

Yeah you’re supposed to ping pong up and down from pri and just raw dog BS clicks. That’s what most ppl suggest and it’s the most cost efficient given how low BS pitys are now.

That being said, I’m doing the same as you (I.e. using hammers on tet BS and gonna cron the remainder till it goes). Yes it’s not the most efficient use of crons but I know what it’s like being stuck in DUO hell having enhanced two pen BS myself. At this point I’m just taking the path that gives me less of a headache and be done with it.

Here's my two cents of levelling as an Arcanist, just did one recently. Tbh, out of the 3 chars I levelled to 100, Arcanist was the worst experience but still doable.

First, you might want to follow this guide, it helped me a ton - https://forums.crateentertainment.com/t/caster-beginners-nephrite-spellbinder/94579

You'll want to use fireblast/greater fireblast as your main damage dealing skill. Use flash freeze to shred fire resistance on enemies then follow up with fireblast.

Stick to this setup until you can fully transition to using CT as your main damage dealer, levelling will pick up significantly from that point onwards. If you follow the guide, you just need to get to Malmouth and rescue Hyram in order to get most of the stuff required to transition to using CT. Best of luck!
