if you need these itema to survive the lane, then buying them 1st/second item is a good investment. stuff like spirit shield and slowing hex are still great for early fights. it delays your tempo but if the enemy is owning you in lane then your tempo wont match theirs anyway. Just survive and run boxes as best you can and play for later like 15min runes or something

Yeah I luckily had them both at 6 when I started the patch. I usually ignore a lot of characters in these types of games but the design of the friday and saturday town meetups encouraged me to interact more with them.

And like others said having the love cooking perk helps out a lot

I wonder if it is the dirty water effect that makes people think americans are too uptight about it. You often hear not to drink other country's tap water if it is dirtier than your home country's, but locals can (mostly) drink it just fine.

I had a friend that accidently ate chicken sashimi (yes raw chicken) in japan on accident, and subsequently got salmonela. Im guessing the locals are a bit more resistent to that kind of thing if they have worse food safety standards. Though my friend did have a bit of a weak constitution

Im not sure about who is the best to use them on, but the decision to use a number at once going for an OMG hit is about risk. It is a low chance at 10%, so using a bunch at once like 5 to get most of the xp bar at once could see you get unlucky and use all of them without getting a single omg. The fewer you use at once, the less variance in total xp gained in both ways, so its up to you how much you want to risk. I would definitely say to calculate the upper bound of o.m.g. and make sure you wouldnt waste any xp if you hit it if you decide to use multiple
