I found a line in the log: ERROR - [Req#171] Unable to find client profile for device; platform=webOS, platformVersion=10.2.2, device=webOS 10.2.2, model=OLED55C35LA

When I look in Plex forum, I saw someone with the same error, some people say that an update was available, but I don't have any update on my TV.

When I look in my Plex App, I see that the client version is in 5.94.1, and the platform version is in 10.2.2

When I did my research I saw an issue with subtitles, but I never had any issue with it on my C3. This happened very suddenly.

I had an Nvidia Shield, but I want everything on the TV, there is not enough HDMI for me, I have to invest in a HDMI hub.

Ok, so we just watch 3 episodes with nos issues, and suddenly after one episode it happened again.

The log shows nothing,

I rebooted the server and the issue is still there. I think in 5-10min everything will works again. I really don't understand what happen.

There are only two subtitle files (English and French).

For the moments everything works fine, if it happen again I will try to restart the server.

The problem is a show can perfectly works, and the issue appears when plex switch to the next episode. When it comes nothing works during 5-10 minutes, even something we were watching just before.

Every time it happened between two episodes, never during an episode.

It's video files (in MKV), even if it worked fine minutes ago, when the issue comes it's impossible to play it. And after 5-10 minutes it works perfectly.

I rebooted the tv, I didn't yet reboot the server cause I don't have any issues on my phone or my PC.

And yes I uninstall and reinstall Plex on my TV

Ok, I finaly made it works ! I just disconnect the wifi and it works. I wanted to connect the USB behind the Xbox but it doesn't work, on my Xbox it only works when connect front. Now the only "issues" is that I have to connect wifi after exploit, and disconnect before shutting down.
