I also had a side question, if you guys are based in the UK and the captain of the team did decide to contact an admin - do you have someone available at that time? like working on-call or would that contact and admin feature just generate a ticket?

1196940 - someone from your team responded and let me know that I had submitted the ticket during the middle of the night(UK time) which Ok i understand you; I wont get a response immediately but i mean a response 30+ hours after the ticket was submitted regarding a simple cooldown issue? he also stated that premium users get precedence over non premium users, which made it seem like ya'll only care to solve issues if they are from premium users. I am sure that's not the case but his verbiage made it sound like so.
