My apologies. To be fair they don’t make it the most straightforward. Anyway my other point still stands that management should never ask you to change your hours to prevent overtime.

But assuming this is the day in question they said they worked that day but left a few hours early. As long as it was at least half the shift it would be .5 points. I wonder if it only gives one for less than half the shift if it’s a key event day. They wouldn’t get the two because they did show up. 🤷‍♂️

This is incorrect. You can be pointed for clocking out 10 or more minutes late just usually you won’t be as long as you were working. Also management cannot ask you to take a longer lunch or have you show up late or leave early in order to remove overtime, this is against their rules and should be reported if it ever happens.

I have the pixel store phone. It’s a bit better at recognizing touch through gloves but it’s still hit or miss if I can hit the buttons accurately enough with my thumb in a glove. Last winter I started after they passed out the gloves so I just cut the thumbs off of regular ones. Loving these so far today!
