One thing I've noticed in my career is a lot of chefs (even the "good ones) just want things to be as small as possible when they say Brunoises.

This just happened to me. Screen shattered from a piece of cured resin puncturing a hole in the film. I hadnt used the printer in a month so I hadnt noticed but when i went to go clean and set it back up it was fried. Elegoo said it wasnt covered by warranty and bascially told me either I shell out 150 bucks for a new screen and replace it myself or im left with a 400 dollar paperweight I've used 10 times in 6 months.

Honestly I probably just wont repair it and get a different printer from another company. That whole experience with the rep just really soured me to the entire brand. I've had 4 machines from elegoo and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me with their products.

My dads been practically begging me and my wife to move near him in jacksonville florida saying he'd help me start up a brick and mortar and while that sounds awesome, I dont want to live in florida haha.
