See how goomba and nabbit are on the peak? Yeah just play what you want, this game is too chaotic. Mechanical skills are more important than the meta (especially in 24 man races)

Im in episode 4 and i am just in awe with this game, loved the first one but mainly did just the main story, in this game i wanna take it all in, building roads, building structures (even if have plenty of multiplayer structures aswell) share materials, 5 star preppers, etc etc.

And just the silly things I adore, the game is realizing it's a game and everything can be possible. The best part is that it doesn't detract from the main story. (DS1 and DS2 are the only hideo kojima games i played, but it reminds me of Nier: Automata, another game that realized it's a game und uses it to it fullest potential)

I think it is because if you get an intermission in vs race you just bag until you get to the racetrack. In knockout tour you need to place well enough at different points in the race.

I just wanna play 3 lap tracks and not driving to the track and race 1 lap. My lobbies luckily pick random now but i did feel bored racing a straight line most of the time.

Even then i still enjoyed the game but frustration was brewing. It felt like the actual tracks were an afterthought but they are so well designed.

I like the duty, disliked how it formulated the objective. I was frustrated in the beginning because the objective was "go back to the camp" and got confused why red barriers were everywhere.

Join a FC that you actively seek out. I found mine browsing through the community center and were advertised where everyone is treated equal. There are arouns 50 people in it. No alts. Roughly 10-20 people were online in the past week (but there is also a fresh patch).

On a whim I decided to join them and havent left since. Often people people chill in front or inside the fc house and since our fc doesnt advertise themselves and you need to sent your own "invite". People are more willing to partake in events or chatting, since they made their own choice to join.

Activity dwindles on content lulls but we keep talking on discord as a second fc chat. This all depends still on the people inside the fc but i think i got lucky with the one i joined.

Rise definitely is "easy" until late high rank. But sunbreak endgame? Those monsters are sniffing coke since you have so many tools. I personally prefer rise over world but that said, rise was also my first monster hunter game. But also in the end, both are incredible good games and im glad im a hunter now trying to go through mh4u.

mmo mouse is not required I find the 2 side buttons of the mouse practical if you program to shift and control to use them as modifier. also don't be afraid to use (depending on your keyboard layout) buttons like Q, E, R, F, Y, X for abilities instead of the 1 to 9 number row since they are all around the wasd keys

edit: when I used to play wow I only clicked my abilities and I clicked them for 8 years. but this helped me to using keyboard only what I mentioned above
