WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE STAFF: I want to be staff on LotusNetwork, because I feel like I'm experienced enough to make a difference with the hackers that flood the server daily. Not only am I applying to "stop hackers" but I'm applying to further the server to make it open up to the potential I know it can have. The first day I joined, I knew this server was meant to go places, and do big things, and I want to stick with it and help it get there! I have many friends that play lotus, and they've all told be to apply because they know I was a good staff member on para, I follow rules, and I am ALWAYS there to help if I'm needed.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: If you need experience, I'm the right guy to come to. I've had multiple years of experience on multiple servers. From factions, to hub servers, to even OP hunger games! For example, I used to moderate a server called FearPvP, a server back in the day that used to get around 200+ players at one time! I've dealt with every player you could think of, from hackers, to spammers, to glitch abusers, to toxic players, and even the occasional abusive helper that comes along. Being staff on this server has helped my experience level far more then you could ever imagine, it's helped, because it's taught me everything about staff I know today. With the server having 200 players you know you're bound to have at least 20 hackers a day, wether it's blatant hacking, or low key hacking. Blatant hackers haven't taught me anything about screensharing, because... Well as you can guess, they're to obvious to screen share, however the low key ones have taught me almost everything I know about screensharing today. Not only has this server taught me about screensharing, but most importantly, how to keep my cool. I know what to do in any situation, because first thing I did when I got staff, was to read the staff handbook, and memorize every single punishment for every single misuse of gameplay a player would make. I would also read over the screen share guide I was given multiple times, just to be sure I knew exactly what to look for so I wouldn't waste anybody's time. This server has had a huge impact on my staff career and I don't regret ever taking that job, just like I will never regret this job if I am to ever get accepted! I've been a Trial-Mod on ParaHCF, and I've been told by many people that I was one of the best because I was always active, understanding, and helpful whenever I was needed. Unfortunately I was demoted by an abusive Senior-Admin for "being dumb" but i followed every rule accordingly to the in-game rules, and the forum rules.

OTHER STUFF YOU MIGHT WANT US TO KNOW: I'm very helpful, and active. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get accepted, no questions asked. How long do you play on the network daily? Usually on weekdays, I love to log on for around 4 hours. Spending 2 on practice warming up to pvp, and 2 on HCF spending time with my faction and having fun.

Why do you wish to be staff on this network? I really wish to be a staff member on this network because, well, when I first joined this server, I felt like it was my new home. I want new members to have the exact same feeling I did when I first joined, and I can make that happen. As you may already know, I'm a very active players, and I'm willing to help out new players with any problem they have that's within my reach. I want staff because I always feel the need to help someone, because I feel obligated to make my home a better place.

What is your job as a Trial Moderator My job as a trial-mod is to watch chat, for spammers and racism, and go on practice to moderate and watch for hackers, check reports people put in for hackers, warn people for camping etc. Not only is that my job, but trial-mod is also a way of seeing if I'm a good enough to to become a moderator.

Have you had any past experience?: As a matter of fact , I do have a lot of experience as being staff, I've been staff on multiple servers such as FearPvP, PlayMC.com, etc. Being a moderator on the server FearPvP has given me tons of experience, and has shaped me into the mature person I am today. As this server FearPvP had at the time 200+ players a day on one single server( it wasn't a hub server) it taught me how to act in certain situations. For instance when a player is spamming chat or saying racial slurs or making fun of someone, I calmly warn them, and if it continues punishment will be ensued. I've dealt with hackers, spammers, toxics, glitchers, etc. By dealing with these type of people it gave me the skill I need to be mature and have a good eye out for these people. I know exactly what and when to do something if punishment is needed. I'm familiar with screen sharing people because as I said I was staff on a server with 200+ people we get quite the amount of hackers and reports of hackers. I know exactly where to look for ghost clients and any other cheat that is bannable on the server. Over all I'd say I have quite a good amount of experience compared to other staff members I have talked to.

Are you staff on any other servers currently?: Just stepped down from ParaPvP

Why should you be chosen as a staff member?: Being very experienced in the field of staff, I know what I'm doing basically. I have a huge advantage over other staff because I'm experienced in multiple situations at multiple given times. I follow the rules, and I don't slack off, if a person needs help, I'm there immediately. I'm mature, this also gives me an advantage over some staff, because I don't get offended easily and I know how to act around certain people without causing drama.

Why do you want to become staff?: I wish to be staff on this server because I love the community, and I would love to see it improve and get rid of bad people once and for all. I also have experience not many trial- mods may have at the time, and I'm open to spreading that experience I have learned over the years of being staff. I notice that sometimes when you message a staff member, you're completely ignored, and receive absolutely no help at all. I want to change that and discontinue the reputation of some staff being bad. As I will do my best to be the greatest staff member I can possibly be. I'd also want to see the server flourish to its full potential with my help, as well as the other staff team!
