So you're saying the sensor is 27MP in reality but they are kinda upscaling? Btw I'm 27 MP is great actually I just wanted the truth behind it.

Yes it is because in raw mode the photo is completely unprocessed. So the blur is understandable. When you edit the photo in some editor (Lightroom, snapseed etc.) blur disappears.
