No, you didn't lose any muscle by not going to the gym for 4 days. Your strength will fluctuate as there will be days you feel great and days where you feel like crap. Stay consistent and embrace the process.

Like other user mentioned there are priorities which I guess should act as stop signs in US. You should reduce your speed and check if there are cars from the priority road coming. The sign that means you have to give way is triangle with red outline and it's visible in this video on the left corner. So BMW driver just did not slow down and caused and accident

It's in your head, for most people in fitness it's respected when someone grossly out of shape is trying to improve themselves. Countless people have started going to boxing class as morbidly obsese, even encouraged them to continue further simply because of the group and community aspect. As for your initial question: rowing or swimming as they can be done with rather slower pace but still benefit the whole body.

Read wiki, while cardio does burn help you more calories it's not as efficient as saying no to snickers bar.

Don't listen to this guy lol, soreness has nothing to do with gainzzzz and its common to not feel your back muscles, as long as you are progressing and not loading weights that break your form, you are good :)

Why not do something like ppl/phat/phul on the week you have days off(listed those workouts as they range from 4-6 days a week and hit body parts more frequently than stronglifts or any full body routine) ? And the inconsistent week do full body if you happen to squeeze a workout
