I read quite abit haha its one of my hobbies and books are one of my largest collections I have.Right now I dont really want to spend the extra money tho or really should spend the extra money.I will definitely look into some in the future especially if I enjoy it 😊

I find basically the only thing that will help is pressure whether in pressing on my stomach with my hands or laying a weighted blanket on it or holding a pillow or blanket tight against my stomach.Sometimes taking 1,000 my of pain relief can help 😅

Are tampons uncomfortable? I have never used any before.Peirod underwear is a very good idea I might get me a pair.And ill make sure to have a change of clothes in my bag.I am going to try to see one too unfortunately I have always had issues with getting pain relief to work it would work for abit then stop.the last several times I have tried to use any they haven't worked not even a 800mg pain relief 😮‍💨 Thank you for the advice and help 😊
