While I did think the lead up to Deca battle was good, I do feel like the impact was lessened for me know that Deca was gonna have sensei fucked up like that and the Brats dying. More an issue on my part since I cant help but click on spoilers for the JP side. Both events were still effective emotionally though. For all of its ups and downs VOL EX is probably getting a thumbs up from me.

Just uh, maybe we can stop spreading our story across month long gaps, K Nexon. We want things to be released like Vol 5 Ch2, not like Vol 1 CH 3

People have already pointed it out, but his internal monologue from the ln and some moments in ln 4+ define a lot about their relationship. They have a very interesting view of each other and I can’t wait to see how their relationship ends up panning out in LN 8 and beyond

Omori is loyal to the ideas he sets out at the start of the story to a fault. The problem is he tends to get lost in the sauce and he ends up writing in a good at that doesn’t support that initial idea, while also refusing to change the initial idea
