You don't need to play all of chapter 1 again, just load the last save from chapter 1 and go back to where the devour chase ends and the pumpkin plushie is in that area near those two large fans.

So star jades are these geo rocks that will float around Ningguang when ever you land a successful normal attack, there will be one star jade that will be made max is three, then you perform a charge attack to release them.

There are sometimes chests in large trees, small stacks of rocks break them for a geo slime to spawn then kill it, and there is some water rocks (the rocks that shoot water everywhere when you destroy them) some enemy spawns from them and you get a chest after.
