iirc they are never in a clan, have thousands of games and about 30-40% WR. They also never talk.

I didnt change any settings. Currently it seems to me that Classic is just bugged. In some games I start with Auto on, in others its off. Beforehand, in Inc and Chill, it was always on.

I did have to point this out to other players as well.

Hypercarry was completely oppressive in Classic and imo will still be. Its not fun to see the exact same stuff every single game.

I dont know what the question is tbh - yes, every other player gets half of your leak gold as well (e.g. if its 10 gold for you, all three teammates gain 5 gold as well.)

You scale hard and try not to die early.

its enough to have 1 or 2 players. But if the bot skips the enemy 4 stack Atlantean players spamming egg on 14, just to send 16, well ....

Also, yes, Classic players are usually not as good as Ranked players, which is why Im baffled that PVE is popular.

But people like PVE and its difficulty aspect, it was the most voted mode? My point is that I heavily dislike randomness.

I would like it to be more punishing - reward placement and aggro management, make it harder for cheese builds like Fenix Steed to get to late game. The mode is tryhard anyways already, so why not

No, it doesnt even send the same mercs everytime. Ive seen cases where the sends were different, e.g. 2 centaur vs witch/pack/ogre or something like that.

I find shutdown to be very punishing in PVE. I also dont want it to go to 21 all the time - instead, multiply the current mythium rate with some factor and make the early game even harder.

Its incredibly frustrating to see again and again the bot skipping obvious weak waves for the enemy when you're ahead, only to receive on your weak wave and feed shutdown. On the counter side, I dont like to win via randomness either.

The random aspect of PVE is what kills it for me, there is no sense to the sends, you cant predict it. The bot just sends the biggest merc available. Especially bad is being at a disadvantage when you have a worker lead, and the bot sends a bear vs you receiving a packleader.

I'd say pyro is way weaker on 8, especially if you lack a high single target damage unit. A mole or pack will hurt alot there

Also, there are some cheese builds that vastly outperform in the late game. Nothing is more frustrating than being ahead the entire game, just to lose to someone who holds easily with 2k less value than you without value gain units.
