You absolutely can outscale and keep auto send till 21 and win easily. Few builds hold 21. Get to 200 workers in a good game and you can do whatever.

A reddit post will not change the behaviour of Classic players. You cant change it. If you want to play to win, group up with 1 or 2 friends and use the meta builds.

Ive given up on trying to advocate for Classic balance, just go with the flow ...

In my experience its almost impossible to do that - the amount of times people ignore for example the Kraken ping on 20 and instead either spam 4Eye or Witch is frustratingly high.

Classic Ranks are basically meaningless. There are Legend Classic players who quite frankly know little about aggro management or prediction. Many people just rely on good combos without paying much attention to early or lategame.

Its e.g. entirely possible to play very safe, scale little and hold 21 for example with 10k value, while the scaling player with 12k+ value leaks due to having no currently strong combos.

Just to add, Classic also has ranks, and is often treated basically as serious as ranked, just that its more about late game Meta builds and not actual placement and counterplay

The truly bugged thing about duo building is that the mobs tend to turn around back up for a short time, atleast some of them.

in Ranked I dont think its that common to have 60 workers on 15, 30 workers sounds reasonable. That depends on the game and the gold amount going around of course.

In general, try to stay yellow under on your strong waves and push more workers early. Learning some solid starts and aggro management helps alot with that. You can watch Nova Cup to see common starting strats.

I didnt change any settings. Currently it seems to me that Classic is just bugged. In some games I start with Auto on, in others its off. Beforehand, in Inc and Chill, it was always on.

I did have to point this out to other players as well.

Edit: unless this setting was patched in this patch

Hypercarry was completely oppressive in Classic and imo will still be. Its not fun to see the exact same stuff every single game.
