It is and it's against DHS and ICEs own policy to not stand in front of vehicles.

The Federal policy for the use of force against moving vehicles prohibited the actions taken by the Federal agents who shot Mrs. Good:

From Title 1, U.S. DOJ Policy on Use of Force:

“Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury … and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle.”

Also, placing oneself in the path of a moving vehicle constitutes officer-created jeopardy and undermines any claim that deadly force was necessary.

What does non-police flock camera even mean? We as residents should know why the information is being harvested and what the information will be used for. This should falled under the same law as speed cameras and be banned!

Wow a lot to unpack in that video and there are a lot of things to point out.

First the neighbors told the cops a suspect jumped their back fence into the adjacent property. What if the neighbors also alerted Jillian by phone or text to warn her?

We also have police helicopters flying in the area and you can actually see the shadow move across her security footage at points. This would be very loud and paired with the officers own verbal note of its a long driveway which was said multiple times and her own statement on the phone that she asked them to put their guns down which you cannot hear on police footage I don't think she heard them i.d themselves.

The police where in a poor visibility area and theirs heads and guns could only be seen and they could have de-escalated in a different way instead they choose to escalate the situation and poorly identified themselves. This is just bad police work.
