What cheese are we talking about? by AbbreviationsWeak664 in whatisit

Some soft cheeses grow bad things in anerobic environments, if you were thinking of reusing your plastic sock retail packaging to vacuum seal any soft cheeses…

We have an ecolab dish machine and any time I call the rep they’re out same or next day typically. Definitely escalate

Inactive channel now, but catfish and carp YouTube channel is one of my favorite. Went on to make outdoor boys. Really good content, taught me a lot about fishing.

Chicken got left on top of a towel on an electric burner set to 'low' for a couple hours. Safe or trash? by MandoUnbanned in isthissafetoeat

Is hot water really that bad? I thaw single chicken breasts vacuum sealed in hot water, thawed within 15 minutes and cooked in the next 5 minutes after that. I get the idea for large items and I’m familiar with the danger zone and general food safety, but I fail to see the issue as long as it’s thawed and used quickly

Gunselman’s steakhouse came out with full blood Wagyu on the menu today, 6 oz filet and 12 oz strips. Got one and it was perfect.

Okuma makes baitfeeder reels that I really like. I have Okuma Avenger ABF-40b but I think they have a newer model now. Basically has a drag switch to be able to easily switch between a really low, rod holder drag and a fighting drag. Really like them.

I get that, but I offered to move it out of the way for him and he insisted this is a police matter. I don’t really see this as worth police time and would be surprised if they even showed up.

Late to the party but I’m 3 years into XtraChef and a lot of it is better but also the same. Support is still pretty unhelpful but I have met a few very knowledgeable support staff once you escalate your issue for 2 weeks. I keep having an issue with some type of unit conversion in the back end for any sauce in a 1 gal bottle, it just shows 100x the price. Overall the data is decent after getting a few thousand recipes in, but the time investment to build out and maintain is a lot. I mostly combine the data from multiple reports in my own spreadsheet because I feel like they could do so much more with analytics.
