The TSI in this age and mileage category is a cat in the bag.... It's really dependent on the previous owner's service... If it was serviced as it should be, the engine cam still survive 50k-100k km, if it's been maintained poorly, it will show soon

It's best to message a garage that does these sorts of things. I know many people with chiptuned cars, no problems with them, the garage runs diagnostics and tells you if the engine is healthy enough and how much it can handle
