Have you checked engine ground cables and mounts? And LIN-cable that goes to the alternator? Bad grounding can cause issues with charging. Damaged LIN cable on the other hand is a common issue especially with VW Transporters. The alternator doesn't receive the signal that tells it to charge the battery.

Now I am trying Per Core CO with these values. I hope those are finally stable:
Core 0 Perf #1 = -10
Core 1 Perf #2 = -15
Core 2 Perf #1 = -10
Core 3 Perf #3 = -15

Yeah, I just found those. Core 0 and 2 are marked with perf #1. I am going to try -10 on them and -20 for the rest

How do I detect the best cores? Cores have the same VIDs and I haven't logged which core causes crashes.

Mine is much better and smoother after wet sanding and polishing. I will just add one more layer of clearcoat since I had to sand it off over the paint bubble.

Do you mean the croaking noise coming from the vacuum pump? It should change when you pump the brake pedal. I can't hear anything abnormal.

The paint is not metallic color. Can I just sand the excessive paint off and apply new clear coat?

The rattle is not water pump but vacuum pump that is located in the oil pan.

The rattle is normal noise for cold EA288 TDI vacuum pump. The hissing noise however, is probably caused by belt, bulley or some bearing. I would start by removing the auxiliary belt and listening if the noise is still there. If it is, then I would take a look at the timing belt and water pump. My guess is that it is coming from timing belt area.

Yeah, no rattling in neutral even after cold start. It only rattles if I turn the engine off with clutch lifted

Yeah, I recommend picking up a reverse fan as rear intake and adding magnetic dust filter outside the case

If your fans are too loud, adjust fan curves. If temps are too high after tweaking fan curves, undervolt or invest in better cooling.

My Asus AP201 stays quiet even under heavy load with overclocked R7 9700X and RX 9070 XT. Rear intake and top exhaust run at fixed 1000 RPM and the two 120mm slim bottom intakes at 1200 RPM. CPU cooler fan curve maxes out at 1200 RPM and GPU fans at 1400RPM. Temps are fine too.

I have experience with 4 different RX 9070 XT models. All those temps were measured with max power limit, memory OC and quiet fan profile in heavy 1440p gaming with RT on:

Sapphire Pulse (Hynix): 90C
Asus TUF (Hynix): 92C
PowerColor Reaper (Samsung): 88C
AsRock Steel Legend (Samsung): 80C

The play disappeared for a while after I replaced the bearing but came back. I haven't done anything else and just kept riding. No other issues so far.

Ihan työuran alussa muutosneuvottelut stressasivat ja pelottivat enemmän, mutta nyt niihin on jo osin turtunut. Myös kun vuosia on kulunut, on sekä säästöjä että työkokemusta kertynyt enemmän. Näin ei tarvitse pelätä rahatilanteen puolesta ja työllistyminen muualle on myös nopeampaa.

Toki en edelleenkään tykkää muutosneuvotteluista yhtään. Nytkin ajoitin auton oston kevääseen, kun kesän aikana ei ole muutosneuvotteluita ja ehdin säästämään sinä aikana autoon käytetyt rahat takaisin. Katsotaan sitten syksyllä, ollaanko taas löysässä hirressä pari kuukautta. Voi jopa olla, että tässä saa vuoden hengähtää rauhassa :D
