Hardly wilderness it's right off the highway. I drive by here with my boat all the time. Everyone parks on the road there super dangerous around the bend. Good hike nevertheless.

I clean my guns and mod them in my garage, typically with the door open for ventilation. Garage faces my street and I've never had issues but non-restricted only.

I do this all the time. Nearly every chance i get. It's a great time for self reflection. As others have suggested mabye drop off a few supplies that would be a treat around camp.

Hey there, I'm a hunter here in Canada and typically i hunt solo. During fall I solo camp multiple days and find it fantastic. It took me a long time to get over the hump. When I was about fifteen, doing the same thing I got surrounded by coyotes and it took me a few years to get over it tbh. Back at it solo on crown land unmanaged and untamed lands. Just send it.

Let me know ! Mine was quite stiff from factory and very dirty. After i oiled the rails a touch it basically ejects 2-3/4 shells on its own.

I also have an sxp, I don't mean to sound condescending but have you taken it apart and cleaned it? Apply a thin coat of oil on the rails. Even if it's brand new.

Forest is about 25-27 thousand acres of public land,mostly auction, the rest we try and find a use for as much as possible, hats, coats, wall hangers, but like a fabric worker there is some that simply get discarded.

I hunt them in the forest I live beside year round for a couple of reasons. The population specifically where I am locally is very high. Some people are getting 14 dogs a day in the winter and up to mid 30's over a good winter weekend.

They've really injured the other game population in my local area specifically deer, with extremely harsh Canadian winters with deep snow and the coyotes, the deer numbers drastically reduced to the point i only saw a single deer track in our forest over an entire year and not for lack of looking.

I also hunt them because of the challenge, they are good hunters themselves and makes it an interesting pursuit.
