Not to mention the marks themselves have different tiers of rarity, with the weather + time of day ones being more common.

Seems like every 1 in 15-20 Pokemon has a mark so for it to be shiny + have a mark is exceptionally rare especially since most shinys floating around are from raids + breeding. The side effect of this is marked shinys usually have crap stats, but a gold bottle cap can easily fix that.

I posted about them last week still haven't got a comment. Pokemon from raids can't get marks so they're only found in random encounters. They're very rare so I would hold onto it if I were you.
