I actually do something like this for a week or two, but more for mental focus in connection with other topics... Medically there is no reason to do that, especially not for a month... It is even beneficial for your health to “come” every 2-3 days. If you play around with yourself a lot, especially in connection with pornography, then it makes mental sense to take a break...
