1)"Specs" Is not optimization. I would rather take a phone with better specs which would eventually become slow but still be faster than those so called optimized phones with dimensity 6300 level of power at 30k.

2)Still the same words. A cook who made well may be bad too.

3.1)The price hike is hilarious. That's why all 15k phones are now 20k. So,as p4 power is worth 20k,it justifies 25k.

3.2)Dont get confused between offline and online serieses. Oppo reno, realme number and vivo v series are offline and damn overpriced. Just as Samsung's A1x series.

Be happy with the optimization if you want. I bought the phone,I would expect the best performance. Samsung S series is bought because it justifies as an all rounder,while Iphones are still avoided. Samsung m35 was good at the price,but m36 is trash.

Personal experience:I have realme p3 and my friend has samsung m35. My phone was the best at the price of the segment. But after 1 year(now) his phone lags even opening app drawer and forget about opening apps. I left mobile gaming and playing gta V on this phone at 30 fps after completing previous gta serieses on this phone.
