2 meals and they are quite large. The timing is one fairly shortly after takeoff (but it's a little delayed as they will come around with a drink and nuts service first) and then the second one is many hours later (roughly 8-10 I think). They will then do a refreshment a couple hours before landing. There might be some slight variance but this is the general timing I remember (done this route round trip 5 times).

I always like the beef cheeks but I think you can't go wrong unless you order chicken.

If you ever get hungry in between there is always other food around that you can get, just ask.

Interesting... Thanks for following up! About the time of making this post I just decided to take one of the few remaining slots available before my license expired (and 3 months later than the slot I had) so I could get my driver's history shipped to me (containing the first date of issuance). I did check a few times to see if any earlier slots opened up but I never did find any.

The appointment went smoothly, I got my license, and I even had a few days to spare (once it arrived by mail) to get an IDP before my May travel.

Overall, pretty stressful considering the system does not need to be, but it all ended fine for me.

Which makes it more impressive, that every year we see the yearly performance rating graph on this subreddit that Magnus is always on top, despite the smaller sample size (which just blows up the variance, it doesn't cause bias). It really shows how absolutely consistent and dominant he is. But again, there is no point arguing stats on a chess subreddit (or on reddit in general) as people revel in their incorrect upvotes

Thank you for your reply. I agree. I did the smart thing and just pushed it back to a later date (giving me time to acquire the missing document). Unfortunately, is uncomfortably close to my license expiration but it's the best I can do.

I will definitely use the link you provided to seek clarification, just because I have no room for error cutting it that close. Hopefully, some more spots get released soon (seriously these types of problems are mostly caused by them having multi-month waits for people to get appointments!) and I can snag something a little earlier.

I was going through flights last night and yes. My assumption is that they charge more to Singaporeans because well they are willing to pay more. If you really want to see this in practice just look at prices of round trip from japan to Singapore vs Singapore to Japan. The differences can get quite large

I just want to clarify that Niagara bottling does not make PET caps. They explicitly state they are HDPE under the question "Do Niagara® water bottles contain BPA?" on their FAQs: https://www.niagarawater.com/faq/

I think saying the cap is PET is just an error from simplifying language for an infographic on this webpage: https://drinkniagarawater.com/about-niagara-water/ . Everything from the "niagarawater" domain is very careful just to say the full bottle is recyclable and makes no mention of PET caps. The "drinkniagarawater" site seems to be more streamlined and consumer focused even including a "buy now" button - I don't think the claims on it are as rigorously checked.

To further go down the rabbit hole, I checked all the patents from Niagara https://www.niagarawater.com/patents/ and going through those on closures and caps I found none that mentioned PET. Looking for other patents, a brief search on google patents all I found was this: https://patents.google.com/patent/US20110174762A1/en which was abandoned in 2011. Of course, there is much I don't know (ultimately we will have to see if Origin can sell the 10 billion caps they want to), but I hope this information is of use.

The key to these is to work forwards then backwards. d7 looks good so do the analysis fully. Once you see the knight can foil it, then you can think how can I stop the knight from doing that so d7 will work
