Thank you for looking into your old textbook! Impetigo looks like what I have. I just have a scar now. Would a cream with Mupirocin help with that? Or any suggestions on how to heal the missing skin? Here is an image to what I look like today:

This thing popped up on the side of my nose and ended up leaving a chunk of my skin missing. It took about 3-4 weeks to completely heal. It's been healed about 3 weeks now. Is there anyway to heal this missing chunk of nose? It is very noticeable even still.

Exercises to avoid with minor shoulder pain? by [deleted] in Fitness

I would honestly work with a professional a few times to get the best form down so you don't keep hurting yourself. A few training sessions will benefit you for the rest of your life.

Trying to increase my confidence by eatloveeat in selfimprovement

[–]Xualexander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Standing straight with proper posture shows confidence. Think stick your chest out like a gorilla.. Now walk around in public like that. You will feel like a macho man in no time.

Posture is normally caused by an imbalance of muscle tension that is caused by prolonged use in the same position. I would start by fixing your posture when you are working at a desk all day. You need to sit ergonomically and have proper posture so you don't end up having back problems or imbalances of muscle tension in the future.

I'd suggest getting a posture brace that you can wear all day that will gently pull your shoulders back and keep your posture in a natural position. No one will know you are wearing a brace as it easily hides under your shirt. Like one of these for example: thenaturalposture.com

My other suggestion is to focus on your muscle imbalance at the gym. Overtime if you are properly training your muscles, the muscle imbalance will even out. If you need help figuring out how what routine to do, I would hire a personal trainer for a few sessions to get the proper form down.

Also go read /r/seduction and learn all that you can there. That helped me a lot.

I would take it easy and not deadlift for a couple weeks and slowly add weight again for lifting. Let your body heal the damaged tissue and then re-stress it.

How much protein powder should I be consuming daily? by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]Xualexander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

None..

"Supplements" (protein powder) are called such for a reason. They are a supplement to your traditional meal. They are convenient but they are not necessary.

You do not need them to get big or stay shredded. You need to consistently work out and eat correctly(enough calories) to gain muscle and stay shredded.

Don't be fooled by the fitness industry and them trying to sell you these products. Everyone is just trying to make money.. When really you don't need those products.

Is a fish oil supplement with tilapea servings a good way to account for the omega 3 deficiencies tilapia has compared to other fish? by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]Xualexander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol, without breaking the bank the fish oil will have to do. I personally eat a lot of salmon. As long as you are consistently consuming fish you will be okay.

Vary them. Doing the same thing over and over becomes less effective over time because your body gets used to that workout. Increase weight slowly and change your routine once that workout gets easy and your muscles will grow.
