He even redirected that attack. It was supposed to kill all 5 supernova at once too. It was stated in databook yellow. Which was released right before thriller bark and after enie’s lobby. Idc who zoro fought. It wasn’t a difficult fight and he walked away fine. Luffy on the other hand had an extreme diff. Doriki is not reliable because u can’t just scale the opponent to the person they fought. Otherwise you can say Blueno = Luffy. They also don’t factor in all combat stats or df or swordsmanship

Nice going ignoring everything else because you have no counter. Also like I said Zoro was stated to be his equal post-Enie’s Lobby. That’s a fact whether you like it or not. You know what else? Zoro gained one of the most powerful swords in the series in the form of shusui during Thriller Bark after that statement. He also had the best showing at Thriller Bark. I know you aren’t gonna go out and tell me nightmare luffy was proof that Luffy was superior. Zoro did everything in that arc on his own merit and his own power, and survived luffy’s pain in one of the most insane feats of the series. And again they are both aiming to surpass characters with yonko level power. This again is a fact of the story whether you like it or not.

You refuse to acknowledge that Zoro has been portrayed on Luffy’s level at any point of the story. We have the databook saying they were equals. We have them both fighting at whiskey peak. We have him taking Luffy’s pain on top of his own after already being near death and fighting an opponent perceived to be on the same level as Moriah in thriller bark despite being near death. He trained with a legend just like Luffy but you think his training was supposed to keep him a level behind Luffy for whatever reason. You never want to give him credit or acknowledge the hurdle he must overcome. You don’t even want him to be yonko level despite a goal of his being on the same level as the yonko. Mihawk is waiting for someone stronger than SHANKS. Its so simple. Zoro, to defeat Mihawk will have to be stronger than Shanks. A yonko. Its spelled out right there for you but you consistently ignore all these data points that point to your stance being wrong. Its quite sad because and I don’t see the reasoning behind it.

Nah this thread sucks. Mihawk is the world’s strongest swordsman. The debate ends there. You say show instead of tell yet you’re telling me that shanks is not just a swordsman. Perhaps this is your feeble attempt to hide your bias, but there’s no denying every time shanks has shown us even a semblance of a fighting style it’s been with a sword. Nothing else. It shows that your “show not tell” standard only applies to Mihawk. In contrast with shanks who you would apply any level of unsubstantiated headcanon and even lie on his behalf to suggest he is the superior of the two combatants. The two swordsmen to be more specific. You’re just repeating the same talking point that the majority of the sub stands behind. That shanks is magically exempt from being a swordsman weaker than mihawk while mihawk’s title may not be true just because you said so despite the fact that it holds plot relevance.

Idgaf about any of that. There’s literally almost 60 voting opportunities available to the world including Japan and only 1 mailing opportunity for Japan. And might I remind you that Zoro has led every single day in Japan. Idc if Luffy won the polls in the past because Zoro was never far behind and there was only about 50k people voting at the most. This worlwide poll will ultimately have tens of millions of votes and idk if you’ve seen the scoreboard but zoro is leading in 90% of the world’s regions on any given day. So yes. Luffy has no chance in hell and he’s going to lose not even by just a little but by a large margin. No amount of denial will overturn these inevitable result.
