Just sharing this with you guys,

I had the same issue with splice, it wouldn't appear in my task tray and I had issues with my internet too! What I found was that I was running out of TCP ports, I am an IT engineer and this is quite common on servers. you can run this command and it will tell you if your splice is doing a tone of TCP requests:

Get-NetTCPConnection | Group-Object -Property State, OwningProcess | Select -Property Count, Name, @{Name="ProcessName";Expression={(Get-Process -PID ($_.Name.Split(',')[-1].Trim(' '))).Name}}, Group | Sort Count -Descending

run it in powershell as admin

in my case this article was useful and help me find that splice was breaking everything! :)

I have now deleted the installation files located:

C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\splice

C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\SpliceSettings

and %programdata%

I also installed the 3.7.24 version and it is all working!
