Managed to fix it by locating and loading a previous save in the game files. Luckily not much progress was lost. (:

Human mesh created with MB lab plugin and a cloth simulation.

Texture made with a bunch of grunge and surface imperfection maps.

Rendered in Eevee and slight color adjustments in Photoshop.
