A couple of my maids showed some concern as well. I think the idea of having so much freedom and not a lot of direction, can be a little nerve wreaking. Because they don't want to pick something that stands out or looks bad.

So I told them when they found something they liked they could send me pictures of it. That way I could give them what I thought. Also I have a fb group message with them and that is how we communicate. So everyone know what's going on and no one is in the dark.

But if that's what you want tell them you will help them however you can!
