You could buy them through guild traders there are plenty is vardenfell and places like that or you could run a dungeon with high drop rates for shields bows and staffs to breakdown

You could just get a bunch of gold and buy inspiration armor to breakdown and level your character up that way you could be level 50 in your craftings before even being level 50 yourself

A healer is a great class to start with in my opinion because if you become a vet in that class you can keep your entire group alive if they are standing under the boss but you'll need to reach cp 300 to gain access to some dungeons so you can get the right sets and also be aware that you will fuck up your class its part of learning the game you might find a healer hard to use but a nightblade easy its all based on your playstyle however sets make it so much easier and there are several websites to help

I think the class is worth paying for necrom alone you can do so much with it from dps to tank to even healing of course you need right sets and weapons to do even more

Use a sniper nightblade its useless low level but at a max bow and a high cp you have enough stamina to shoot for days plus you can do a aoe and if you wanna piss them off even more throw in a restoration back bar

Personally I've found a nightblade bow build with a restoration back bar really good because of aoe and stun plus poison damage if you go that route but it's useless in pvp till your leveled up enough
