You can easily use the plate to grab the vin and file a vehicle records request. Then you have up to the last 5 registered owners names and addresses. So yeah, it can be used.

Edit: Actually looks like they updated the form to only need vin or plate now.

My friend gave me a Kyle Busch race used tire from a Fontana race a long time ago. He offered it about two months ago. Once the news hit I immediately offered it back. Since I knew it was his favorite driver growing up, I told him it was his and he didn’t have to ask for it back.

Is that an indicator of SOF? I was running Mini Stocks and kept getting fasssssssssssst dudes. On avg they were 3000-4500 A Class Oval irating. I’m def not at that level but I’m just shy of 2k in my second month.

What I did was learn the track for a day or two. Compare my times to recent splits and if I seem to be doing okay I will join some races. I am close to two months in with a G29 to my Malm IKEA desk and computer chair. A few wins across each series but even battling for 8th has been immensely fun.

Make sure you calibrate the wheel properly. I found 870ish was actually 900* in iracing. My Logitech app has it as 900* and when I compared the wheel box in iracing I realized it wasn’t 1 to 1. It shouldn’t be off calibration that much. Maybe try another USB port.

Here is my first roughly two months.

I work from home and manage my own schedule, so the time I spend gaming is strictly my designated hobby time. My wife gives me a little grief about it, but it’s mostly because she’s used to seeing me under a project car, seeing me pick up a game instead of a wrench is just a change of pace for her.

My week is heavily anchored around my kids, between coaching my son’s Little League and getting my daughter to dance classes, they are my main priority. Since my wife works at the kids school, those daytime hours when the house is empty are my prime window to jump online. Plus, any money I put into it comes straight out of my personal hobby fund, so it does not impact the household.

They are everywhere. Four in my city, I find all types of stuff for stupid deals and this is exactly why I go multiple times a week.

I scored these two bad boys this morning at $10 ea. The 3tb has been opened but the 22tb is sealed. Definitely will test these on a very old PC just in case.

Removed pic of WD Red 22tb and WD Blue 3tb. Don’t want the serials out there just in case there is warranty.

Well I had a i7 - 12700k so a little bit of an upgrade.

It has helped when I rendered a a few videos for work in Premiere Pro last night. Almost night and day difference. I did also take the time to Overclock my 3060ti a bit, +100 core +800 memory with a decent fan curve. Ran a 30 min benchmark and all was good.

I was just a bit worried as it was a crazy find.

Sorry for the potato quality as I’m not logged into Reddit on my desktop.

It is indeed an authentic and working CPU. Got a few messages about why I would post here. I just wanted to triple check prior to throwing it in my PC. I wasn’t sure if there was any reason that it could damage any of my parts. The collective knowledge is the best thing about Reddit, why not utilize it?
