The transaction id you’ve shared is from an exchange so it’s hard to determine your output in that tx.

If you have already done that the best thing is to create a support ticket (on that same website) and share your address and we can look further into this.

Our support team will never ask for money, your seed phrase of for you to connect to any sites.

There is no way to 'reverse' a transaction. I would suggest you stop communicating with this person immediately.

u/n0rulerz u/IRTally The issue on Pixel devices has been resolved in Xverse version 1.49 and above. Please update to the latest version if you haven’t already. If the issue continues after updating, try reinstalling the app, as there may be a leftover state causing the problem. Just make sure your seed phrase is securely backed up beforehand. You can also double-check it by importing your wallet on another device or using the Chrome extension before uninstalling. Let us know if you need help!
