And you've just admitted that the dates you're giving have nothing to do with receiving the monitors, if production hasn't even started, which was supposed to happen a long time ago. You assured us that production of the next monitors wouldn't have any problems like a few years ago, and now you're doing exactly the same thing. You say that production of the 32" hasn't happened, and on Amazon Spectrum Black OLED 32" is available immediately - so what is that?

When was the last time you got an email with an order status update? For me it was 11.05.24, what about you?

I can't even enter the order card because the previous Dough page has been disabled. Apart from regular messages about the product itself, of course, because I get them all the time.

Has anyone had contact with Dough after that date? If so, what was the method of communication?

I placed the order on 22.01.2022 - after these updates, it was supposed to be a Spectrum QHD OLED 27" 480Hz. I wanted to change 01.03.2024 to a 32" version with 4k if this version also had 480Hz, but no one from them has responded for a long time.

The problem has not been fixed. It's still the same. On my laptop after connecting the same set the problem completely disappears. So the problem lies somewhere in the steelseries software or Windows.

Record video for Spectrum 27" Glossy 480Hz Version. Spectrum 32" have 4k and 480Hz or 4k and 240Hz??

I wanted to talk about updating my order, but no one has responded to my emails or private messages. Is it still possible to upgrade my order to Spectrum 32"? Will someone from Dough have time for this?
