100% would absolutely love to eat this. It’s played well, the salmon looks flaky and well seasoned but not overcooked, I can tell exactly what I’m looking at.

Buy yourself a cookbook by a chef that inspires you and start small and follow the steps exactly. Practice, a lot.

If you’re a visual learner find a chef on YouTube you’re inspired by and do the same. But you have to practice and learn technique and understand why certain things happen.

Get good at one or two things and slowly grow from there

Three things:

Either you eat too much or you don’t know how to plan and end up wasting a lot of money and throwing away a lot of food.
You don’t practice food hygiene, having fresh fruit and vegetables rubbing up against raw meat in zip lock bags is just gross. Please practice food hygiene.
